Cancellation Policy

Packing Service Bristol - Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation & Initial Visit All bookings made through our website are subject to an in-person assessment to verify the number of rooms, item volume, and packing requirements. This assessment will take place within 72 hours of booking and will be arranged via phone. The final price may be adjusted based on actual packing needs following this assessment. 2. Pricing Adjustments & Final Invoice The price displayed at the time of booking is an initial estimate based on the information provided by the client. If the assessment reveals differences in workload (e.g., more rooms, additional fragile items, extra packing materials), the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly. Clients will receive the final confirmed price after the assessment, before proceeding with the service. 3. Deposit & Cancellation Policy 50% of the total booking amount serves as a deposit and is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This deposit will be used towards the final service cost after the in-person assessment. If the client chooses not to proceed after the assessment due to a price adjustment, 50% of the deposit (25% of the total booking amount) will be retained to cover assessment costs. If the client cancels before the in-person assessment, they are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the assessment) will result in a full loss of deposit (50% of the booking amount). 4. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their assessment visit once at no additional charge, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. Additional reschedules may incur a £20 administrative fee. 5. Payment Terms After the assessment, the final invoice will be sent, and the remaining balance must be paid before the packing service begins. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
